The Chimney Sweep Spot, Inc. provides professional chimney inspection, cleaning, and maintenance services. Our expert technicians adhere to industry standards such as those set by the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) and the Chimney Safety Institute of America (CSIA). Services are available to residents in Ashland, Cordaville, Framingham, Southborough, Hopkinton, and surrounding areas.
User Responsibilities
As a user, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when scheduling services. You must ensure safe and unobstructed access to the work site, including chimneys, rooftops, and any equipment necessary for the completion of our services. Any changes to the service location or conditions must be communicated to us promptly.
Scheduling & Cancellation
Appointments can be scheduled through our customer service team. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 25% of the service cost.
Payment Terms
Payment for services rendered is due upon completion, unless otherwise agreed upon prior to service. We accept major credit cards, checks, and cash. Invoices unpaid beyond 30 days of service may incur additional fees. Clients are responsible for any charges associated with insufficient funds or contested payments.
Warranties & Guarantees

We offer a 30-day service guarantee, during which any issues directly related to our work will be addressed at no additional cost. This warranty does not cover unrelated repairs or services not performed by us.
Limitation of Liability
